Returns, Refunds & Money Back Guarantee

Your trust is important to us at TraderSupps. We know clarity matters when it comes to returns or refunds should you be dissatisfied with your order. Here’s everything you need to know:
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for the first purchase of any TraderSupps product after at least two weeks of use from the date of shipment. A full product refund will be issued to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax), per the conditions below.
To prevent abuse, this guarantee may be used for a maximum of 3 individual products per customer in any 12-month period, for first-time purchases of those items. If you purchase multiples of the same product (up to 3 units), the money-back guarantee will cover a refund for one; you may receive store credit for the remaining items if eligible.
Bundles or orders with more than 3 products are eligible for a refund of the 3 highest priced, eligible items (less applicable discounts allocated across the bundle). The first-purchase rule applies individually to bundle components.
Wholesale or orders being resold are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for supplements (with the exception of quality-related returns, read more below), personal care, or food items, whether unopened or opened, with the exception of the first purchase of an item as outlined in our money-back guarantee.
If your order is returned as undeliverable, refused at delivery, or returned without prior authorization, it may be eligible for a refund (subject to the above policy) minus any inbound or return shipping fees incurred to recover your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks after our warehouse receives your order for your return or refund to be processed. Items not qualifying for a first-time use guarantee are non-refundable.
Quality-Related Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue related to product quality, please contact us at support@thetradersupps.com with your order number and a description of the concern. Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately; outcomes may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Returns on Multiples of the Same Product
If you buy 3 units of the same product, the money-back guarantee may cover a refund for one (within 60 days from shipment) and store credit for the other two (if eligible). We do not accept returns on additional items whether they are opened or unopened.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Exceptions
- Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Products purchased using rewards points or gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
- Clothing and accessories (including potential merchandise) are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Digital products such as e-books, once offered, are final sale and non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not for use on subscriptions.
- Any purchase made with a gift card is non-refundable.
- The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies per product, not per flavor or variant.
- Any bundle or order can only be refunded up to the 3 highest-priced eligible products; all sales are final for other bundle components.
Additional Information
- Refunds can be issued only to the original payment method. If this method is unavailable, the refund will be forfeited.
- Most refunds are processed within 5-7 business days but may take longer depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- No refunds are issued to prepaid debit cards.
- For orders paid by cashier’s check or money order, refunds are issued by mailed check to the original billing name and address. No exceptions.

International Orders
In accordance with our international shipping policy, orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for returns.
