You’ve got questions about your order? We’ve got the answers.

Managing your subscription is easy. Head to the Support page and click the Subscription tab, or go to account.thetradersupps.com. There you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Check your shipping confirmation email. We sent it when your order shipped. The tracking number is usually in the subject line or main body.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. You'll get email updates when your order ships and when it's delivered.

Don't worry. Carriers sometimes take 24-48 hours to update tracking info after pickup. If it's been longer than 2 days, email us at support@thetradersupps.com.

We'll help track it down. Email us at support@thetradersupps.com with your tracking number and we'll contact the carrier directly. Most delays are weather or high-volume related.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. Contact us ASAP at support@thetradersupps.com. Once shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier directly.

Email us immediately at support@thetradersupps.com with photos (if damaged) or your tracking number (if missing). We'll send a replacement right away.
