Managing your subscription is easy. Head to the Support page, or go to account.thetradersupps.com and click the Subscription tab. There you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Check your shipping confirmation email. We sent it when your order shipped. The tracking number is usually in the subject line or main body.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. You'll get email updates when your order ships and when it's delivered.

Don't worry. Carriers sometimes take 24-48 hours to update tracking info after pickup. If it's been longer than 2 days, email us at support@thetradersupps.com.
