Shopping with TraderSupps from outside the USA? Please review the following terms before placing an order.

Locations & Costs for International Shipping

TraderSupps only ships internationally to selected countries as permitted by applicable laws. Availability may change based on import restrictions and regulations.

International orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and require duties, taxes, and any carrier collection fees to be paid at the time of ordering.
For select destinations like the UK, order minimums may apply per local law.

When placing an order for delivery outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Charges for duties, taxes, and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. These are typically collected at checkout.

Some items may require special handling per federal, state, or local regulations governing their transport. In such cases, shipment of certain products to specific locations may not be possible.

All prices on TraderSupps.com are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties, taxes, and additional shipping charges.

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes (VAT). If your order is shipped outside the continental United States, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge and agree that title to your order transfers to you after exportation from the United States and immediately prior to importation at the destination border. You assume all risk and responsibility for import clearance, duties, and delivery to the final destination.

We do not accept returns or refunds for items shipped internationally.

Customs Duty & Tax

Customs duty and import tax depend on the destination country and are always the responsibility of the importing party.
Customs authorities calculate duty and tax based on product category, value, and shipping charges (often on a “CIF” basis—Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
TraderSupps does not offer the option to ship internationally without duties.

Special Country Requirements

Certain regions (e.g., the UK) may have order minimums and additional requirements due to local law. TraderSupps may restrict shipments to specific sub-regions as needed for compliance.

Delivery Times

International shipments are sent via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) methods when available.
Delivery times vary by service level and country, and expedited shipment guarantees may be subject to carrier restrictions and global logistics delays.

Loss or Damage During Shipment

If your package is lost or damaged in international transit, submit a claim within 14 days of delivery or 14 days of confirmation of loss.
Packages delayed at customs are not considered lost.
Orders shipped to reshippers or mail forwarding services for international delivery are not eligible for delivery claims or refunds.

Specific Items Not Available by Country

It remains the responsibility of the importing party (the buyer) to ensure that the items purchased can be received in their country.
TraderSupps may adjust product eligibility by country or region as import restrictions change. Product labels and ingredient lists are available on each order page or by request.

Handling Time

Orders are sent to the fulfillment warehouse daily and generally ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Express shipping methods require handling time and are not included in delivery guarantees.

The estimated arrival date shown at checkout is based on chosen shipping method and handling time, but is not a guarantee of delivery.
